Worldwide shipping is available.
Through our site REEDEFIN.COM we currently ship to all countries within the European Union and the United Kingdom.
If you are located in the US, Switzerland, Norway, Australia or any other location, not found on our destination list, please place your order at our shop via Wolf & Badger where worldwide shipping is available.
Free Standard delivery for orders above 100 EUR is currently available for: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Sweden. For the United Kingdom free shipping is available for orders above 150 EUR, but please take note that for orders above 150 EUR to UK, you will need to pay 20% VAT and local import duty on top at arrival.
To receive the item in a different size please first make sure that it complies with our Return Policy, then get in touch with our Customer Support at firstname.lastname@example.org indicating your order number and the items you would like to exchange. They will then provide the exchange instructions and a return shipping label.
Once you have received your order confirmation, our standard delivery times are: 1-3 work days (The Baltics), 2-4 work days (Poland), 3-5 work days (Austria, Belgium, Germany, Czechia, Denmark, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Slovakia, Sweden, Finland), 4-8 work days (Bulgaria, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Greece, Croatia, France, Hungary, Slovenia, United Kingdom. During special campaigns, peak season or unexpected events such as Covid-19 pandemic restrictions, the delivery time might be prolonged.
You can make a return within 30 days after receiving your order, if you meet our Return Policy conditions. To make a return, you will need to get in touch with our support team and they will then provide you with a return shipping label, if possible, and instructions on how to return the items successfully. As we are a small family run brand, the shipping price for one parcel for us is much, much greater than for the big brands. Of course we want each and every customer to feel happy and satisfied with our service, therefore we cover all or a very big portion of the shipping costs when you make an order which can vary from 5 to 35 EUR depending on the shipping destination. For this reason, we kindly ask for your understanding when it comes to return costs:
– If, when making your order, you paid a shipping fee on top, you will not need to pay any additional return shipping fees, however, unfortunately we won't be able to refund you the initial shipping cost.
– If, when making your order, you qualified for free shipping, please take note that we will inform you about the return shipping cost when providing you with the return label. Typically it can vary between 2 to 7 EUR. Once the return process is complete, we will deduct this amount from the total refund amount.

When your return has been received by our warehouse, you will be informed.
If you have used a promotion/discount when placing an order, and you choose to return the item, the discount cannot be used again.

We currently accept Apple Pay and the following payment methods: payment with cards – VISA, Mastercard, American Express.
We only accept orders made via our website. We currently cannot process orders via phone, e-mail or post
Currently the maximum order value is € 800 per order or equivalent in local currencies. If your order exceeds the value of € 800, unfortunately we won’t be able to process it. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience it may cause.
To place an order you must be at least 18 years old or older.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel a confirmed order. You can however return and refund an order within 30 days after receiving it, if it meets the Return Policy conditions.
As soon as your order is approved and the payment is made you will receive an order confirmation to your email address. You will receive the order confirmation email within 24 hours of submitting your order.
As soon as the order leaves our warehouse you will receive a text message or email. After this, you will receive another message when the order is ready for pick-up or you will be contacted by the delivery company to inform you about planned delivery time. The extent of tracking services vary between different postal services. If a tracking code is available for your order, we will share it with you via email.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the pick-up point or delivery address in a confirmed order. It is also not possible to change, add or remove an item. You can however return and refund an order within 30 days after receiving it, if it meets the Return Policy conditions.
In such a case unfortunately the item has run out of stock after you received your order confirmation. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
Items which are placed in the shopping bag unfortunately are not reserved. By the time you go to the checkout, they might have run out of stock.
If you have selected pick-up point delivery and don’t pick up your parcel in the given time, indicated by our shipping provider, it will be sent back to our warehouse and you will be refunded for the items. For a parcel that’s not picked up we will charge you a return delivery fee of 20 EUR or equivalent in your local currency.
If you have selected courier delivery and after several attempts, it is not possible to deliver the parcel to you, it will be sent back to our warehouse and you will be refunded for the items. REEDEFIN reserves the right to charge you a 20.00 EUR fee or equivalent in your local currency for costs arising.
