REEDEFIN offers a simple 30 day return policy, if items comply with our return conditions.
This means that you can return ordered items up to 30 days after the date you received your order, provided that:
- The returned items are unused;
- The returned items are in their original condition;
- The original labels on the items are not removed;
- The original hygiene seals on the items are not removed;
- The items are properly packaged for return shipping and all necessary information is provided;
- The items were not on sale at the time of purchase.
Please note! You can try on a swimsuit and return it afterwards, however you must ensure that it is tried on over your own clothing and the hygiene seal and original labels are not removed. It is not possible to return a gift card.
If you comply with our Return Conditions and would like to exchange an item to a different size, please contact our Customer Support via email at email@example.com, indicating your order number and the items you would like to exchange. They will then provide the exchange instructions and a return shipping label.
DEFECTS OR INCORRECT ITEMS
REEDEFIN carefully inspects each dispatch before the delivery to you. Should the goods nevertheless be incorrect, damaged or defective upon arrival to you, please contact our Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
You will have to indicate the reason for wishing to return the good. After this, our Customer Service will provide you with possible solutions and provide you a return shipping label and instruct you how to correctly return the items in order to receive a refund or receive the correct item.
Once the item is received by our warehouse, REEDEFIN will inspect it.
- If the item is recognized as incorrect, we will send you the correct item with no extra charge within 14 business days.
- If the item is recognized as defective, REEDEFIN will refund you for the amount you paid for the item and shipping cost within 14 business days.
Please note! In disputes that we are unable to resolve, we recommend that the Customer contact the European Commission's online platform for dispute resolution.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS & COSTS
You can make a return within 30 days after receiving your order, if you meet our Return Policy conditions. To make a return, please first get in touch with our support team by writing to email@example.com and indicating your order number and items you wish to return. They will then provide you with a return shipping label, if possible, and instructions on how to return the items successfully.
Depending on your location, you will be able to return the unwanted items either via your local postal services or a pickup/dropoff locker of one of the following shipping companies: DHL, DPD, GSL, Omniva, Itella.
Please note. As we are a small family run brand, the shipping price for one parcel for us is much, much greater than for the big brands. Of course we want each and every customer to feel happy and satisfied with our service, therefore we cover all or a very big portion of the shipping costs when you make an order which can vary from 5 to 35 EUR depending on the shipping destination. For this reason, we kindly ask for your understanding when it comes to return costs:
- If, when making your order, you paid a shipping fee on top, you will not need to pay any additional return shipping fees, however, unfortunately we won't be able to refund you the initial shipping cost.
- If, when making your order, you qualified for free shipping, please take note that we will inform you about the return shipping cost when providing you with the return label. Typically it can vary between 2 to 7 EUR. Once the return process is complete, we will deduct this amount from the total refund amount.
Typically, the shipping process can take up to 10 business days. Once the returned item is received, it will go through inspection. If it is concluded that it meets our Return Policy conditions, you will be informed. Once informed, you will receive a refund within 14 business days to the same purchase method you used to make the purchase with.
Please remember that you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the items while they are in your possession and will be responsible for the risk of damage during transport.
We also suggest that you retain the evidence of posting or proof of shipment and the tracking number until the purchase price has been refunded.
- REEDEFIN will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, no later than 14 business days after the returned item has been received by our warehouse and inspected.
- REEDEFIN will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. This also includes gift cards.
- REEDEFIN will refund you the amount you paid for the ordered items, excluding shipping expense.
- It is not possible to receive a refund, if items were on sale at the time of purchase.
- When you make a return of items that were purchased using a one-time use discount code, you will be refunded the amount you paid for your order. You will not be able to use the same discount code again.
- When you make a return of items included in an offer, the discount is removed, if you don’t meet the conditions of the offer with the remaining items. The discount will be deducted from the remaining items which you keep after the return.
Please note! For hygiene reasons, REEDEFIN cannot offer refunds for swimsuits, if the hygiene seal has been removed or if REEDEFIN, after careful inspection, reasonably believes the items have been worn (other than for the purposes of trying them on over clothing) or are damaged.
