1. REEDEFIN.COM currently delivers to the following countries: all countries within the European Union and the United Kingdom.
  2. If you are located in US, Switzerland, Norway or any other location, not found on our destination list, please place your order at our shop via Wolf & Badger where worldwide shipping is available.
  3. Free Standard delivery for orders above 100 EUR is currently available to most locations in the EU.
  4. For the United Kingdom free shipping is available for orders above 150 EUR, but please take note that for orders above 150 EUR, you will need to pay 20% VAT and local import duty on top at arrival. 


  • Once you have received your order confirmation, our standard shipping delivery times are: 1-3 work days (The Baltics), 2-4 work days (Poland), 3-5 work days (Austria, Belgium, Germany, Czechia, Denmark, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Slovakia, Sweden, Finland), 4-8 work days (Bulgaria, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Greece, Croatia, France, Hungary, Slovenia, United Kingdom).
  • DHL Express next day delivery option is available for most locations.
  • During special campaigns, peak season or unexpected events such as Covid-19 pandemic restrictions, the delivery time might be prolonged. 
  • As soon as the order leaves our warehouse you will receive a text message or email saying the order is on its way to you. After this, you will receive another message when the order is ready for pick-up or you will be contacted by the delivery company to inform you about planned delivery time. 
  • The extent of tracking services vary between different postal services. If a tracking code is available for your order, we will share it with you via email. 
  • If you have selected delivery to a pick-up point, you will be informed by the shipping company how much time you have to pick up your parcel. If you don’t pick up your parcel in the given time, it will be sent back to our warehouse and you will be refunded for the items. For a parcel that’s not picked up we will charge you a return delivery fee of 20.00 EUR or equivalent in your local currency.
  • If you have selected courier delivery and after several attempts, it is not possible to deliver the parcel to you, it will be sent back to our warehouse and you will be refunded for the items. REEDEFIN reserves the right to charge you a 20.00 EUR fee or equivalent in your local currency for costs arising. 

Please note! It is not possible to change the delivery address or pick-up point in a confirmed order. 


      • To place an order you must be at least 18 years old or older and must be resident within any of the EU countries to which REEDEFIN delivers.
      • The maximum order value is € 800 per order or equivalent in local currencies. If your order exceeds the value of € 800, unfortunately we won’t be able to process it.
      • To make an order, first, find items that you wish to purchase in our online shop, second, add them to your cart, third, fill out the shipping and payment information, fourth, submit your order.
      • Items which are placed in the shopping bag unfortunately are not reserved. If you see that some items in your shopping bag are indicated as “out of stock”, when you are about to place your order, this means that the items have run out of stock.
      • As soon as your order is approved and the payment is made you will receive an order confirmation to your email address. If the order is placed during Monday to Thursday, you will receive the order confirmation email within 24 hours of submitting your order. If the order is placed during Friday to Sunday or on any public holiday, it will be confirmed no later than the following two business days.
      • If you receive a message saying that one of your items has been discarded, unfortunately the item has run out of stock after you received your order confirmation. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

      Please note! It is not possible to cancel a confirmed order or change, add or remove an item from it. You can however return and refund an order within 30 days after receiving it, if it meets the Return Policy conditions. 

      Please note! We accept orders made via our website only. We cannot currently process orders via phone, e-mail or post. All product prices and shipping prices on our website are displayed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of VAT. Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time.  


      The following payment methods are currently accepted: VISA, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay. 
      Payment processing is hosted by Stripe Payments. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1 - the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. All card numbers are encrypted at rest with AES-256. All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorization by their card issuer. If the issuer of a given card refuses to authorize the payment to REEDEFIN, you will receive a message informing you that the payment couldn’t be performed. REEDEFIN is not liable for any delay or non-delivery of the order caused by such refusal to authorize payment.


        • REEDEFIN for certain period of time may offer promotional discounts, with or without a promotion code. Promotions with codes are generally valid only once, and once the code is used it will be deactivated and the code will no longer be valid.
        • Promotions cannot be added to an order after the order is confirmed. Please ensure that the code is registered before you confirm and pay the order. 
        • Combination of different promotions is prohibited. In case of misuse of either campaigns or promotions, REEDEFIN reserves the right to cancel the customer’s order.
        • REEDEFIN does not take any responsibility for promotion codes or promotions published on external websites.
        • REEDEFIN reserves the right to withdraw a promotion or promotional code at any time.

        E-GIFT CARDS

        • REEDEFIN's electronic gift card is valid for 1 year starting from the date of purchase and can be used for purchasing items listed in our online shop at
        • Once purchased, you will receive your e-gift card via email, indicated during your purchase. The e-gift card is in a digital format and you will be able to print it out, if necessary.
        • A gift card cannot be purchased using another gift card. 
        • Discount codes and special offers do not apply for purchasing gift cards. 
        • It is not possible to return a purchased gift card. 
        • The remaining gift card balance can be used in separate purchases.
